Do you have a physical store?

Yes, our physical store is located on Åsögatan 136 in Stockholm, Sweden. Open from 11:00 to 18:00 (Mon-Sat) and 12:00 to 17:00 (Sun). 

How do you grade the condition of an item?

We sell both New/Never Used and Used/Vintage items. For Used/Vintage items
any flaws or signs of wear will be mentioned in the item’s description. We aim to provide items that are in good condition.

How does sizing work?

We recommend sticking to your true size or the original manufacturer’s size guide unless measurements are provided. If you would like to find out specific measurements for any products please email us at contact@ettresex.com.

Are all products authentic?

All items are guaranteed to be 100% authentic. We do not sell, accept, or otherwise deal with fakes or factory variants. Buy with confidence as everything listed for sale is thoroughly inspected by our knowledgeable staff for authenticity and condition.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide to a select number of nations.

When will my order arrive?

Please allow up to 2 business days for shipment once your order is placed. If your order is placed after 11:00 AM (CET) it may be processed the next business day. When your order is shipped from ettresex®, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking information. For more information click here.

Will customs and duties be included for international orders?

Within the European Union orders are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that all taxes and duties are included in the final price. Outside the European Union all orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. Meaning duties and taxes may apply once the items arrives.

What is the return and exchange policy at ettresex®?

For online orders you have the availability to return your order within 14 days of the delivery date. Unfortunately we do not accept exchanges, but your product can be returned for a refund and you may proceed to place a new order for the appropriate item.
